- Are you overwhelmed by the prospect of a massive writing project?
- Are you ready to take your work to a new level of silken sparkle and velvet voice?
Sharon Lippincott can help.
Sharon's skill as a lifestory midwife, coach and mentor is well-proven. She believes that an investment in honing skills and mastering process empower the writer and reduce reliance on others to fine-tune your work. Her one-session quickies and ongoing support will help you clarify your purpose in writing, capture your key message and connect with your muse. She will help you get your project onto the page and off the press as a sparkling gem readers in your family and others will treasure for generations to come.
How does this work?
Step one: Send Sharon an e-mail. She'll set a time to talk on the phone for a complimentary thirty-minute consultation about your project, what you hope to achieve, how you go about writing, and anything else that seems relevant. You may not know the answers when you start — it's her job to help you find them!
Step two: When you decide Sharon can help you achieve what you want to do, you will agree on how often you want to talk (weekly or bi-weekly), and on your assignment to be completed before our next meeting. This is different from music lessons, because everything is based on what you want to learn and do, not what your coach decides you should learn and do.
Step three: You do your assignments, then talk again and discuss challenges and snags, and how to move on to the next step.
Cost: The first session is free. Subsequent hour-long sessions are $70, or $250 if you contract for a package of four sessions. Further details will be discussed and arranged. Further discounts are available for longer term packages. Details will be discussed and arranged to create a package that will work for you.
Why work with Sharon?
She has helped dozens of people improve their writing and complete projects. At least half the people in her ongoing classes are returning students. But she'll be the first to tell you that she doesn't click with everyone. A coaching relationship is highly personal and it has to be comfortable for both parties. That's what the initial complementary session is for.
